Intro course, which will familiarize you with the basic practice in the Meisner technique, i.e. the "Repetition" exercise.This exercise is designed in such a way as to remove "intellectualism" from the actor, and instead to make him react spontaneously "- S. Meisner.
The course allows you to get to know the principals confessed by Sanford Meisner in a fairly short time: teaches you to go out of your head, listen actively, trust yourself, react honestly and spontaneously, and above all aims to be in conscious, deep contact with the partner on stage, working in the present , here and now without planning, expectations of the effect. By following the simple but demanding practice, you will discover that you have everything within yourself: a whole range of emotions.
EWA OSTROWSKA - KUNERT
She completed a full acting training in the Sanford Meisner technique at Actor's Temple in London, under the guidance of Gary Condes. He is one of the few people in Poland diligently educated in this technique. She is a co-founder of Drama Point Studio.She conducted classes at the Acting Coach studio and in the Meisner Laboratory. Currently, she teaches at Studio Drama Point, the Impro School and she is a guest lecturer in AktorStudio Roma Gosiąrowska. She performs in theatres & films. This year you will be able to see her in the play "Wniebowzięte" and "Gabinet. komedia politycznie niepoprawna" dir. Albert Osik.
